Let talking frogs teach you language vocabulary skills! You can match any of your existing textbooks or lessons easily and simply - without typing. You just point and click to pick and phrases to practice! More advanced users can easily use the Lesson and Dictionary Editor to define unlimited lessons and edit, add, or delete any words or phrases. Windows software lets you hear native speakers speak and pronounce words. You can even add your own spoken language .wav files to make custom voices.
Your Frog Family and Tadpoles inhabit the bottom of the world, and the Bugs pass by above. You help your frog family eat by clicking on a frog to make it Hungry and then clicking again on a bug so that the selected (Hungry) frog will eat the bug. If you have chosen the right bug, then your frog will gobble it up and you gain points. If you have selected an incorrect bug, then you will lose points. You can then choose to eat another bug, or you can click on a different frog to make it Hungry.

Your Jellyfish family and ocean buddies peacefully inhabit their ocean world, but fisherman are trying to catch your ocean buddies for lunch! In Jellyfishfun Language games you match words and phrases to meanings by stretching out floating jellyfish tentacles. Your job is to help your Jellyfish steal bait of hooks to save your ocean buddies from getting snagged for a fisherman's sandwich.

In the 49er Gold Rush games you are a 49er playing against either a computer opponent or another person. Your goal in the game is to mine more gold that your opponent. You mine gold by turning over rocks to discover gold underneath. Before you can successfully mine gold from under a rock, you have to turn the rock over with the correct "Tool". You pick your Tool from one of the Mining Stores at the bottom of the screen. If your Tool matches the type of Rock, then you can take the gold under the rock (your 49er Miner friends will deliver it to you on the left side of the game screen).

These games teaching modern language vocabulary (French, Spanish, Italian & German) each use dictionaries of approximately 1200 - 3000 words. Vocabulary in the built-in dictionary is suitable for first or second year language classes. You can create dictionaries tailored to your own needs, beginning or advanced. Personal dictionaries are automatically saved by player name, and you can create an unlimited number of your own lessons and word-lists. Internal feedback loops focus on problem words, and problem words are flagged when study-lists are generated at the end of game sessions.
